According to RCO News Agency, citing the National Elite Foundation, according to a decree by Hossein Afshin, Rasul Ashari was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Development and Resource Management of the National Elite Foundation.
“In the text of Hossein Afshin’s decree addressed to Rasul Ashari, it is stated: “In view of the merit of your experiences and the good performance of assigned tasks, by virtue of this decree, I appoint you as the deputy for the development and management of the resources of the National Elite Foundation. In the country’s strategic document on elite affairs and the necessity of planning and transformation in the National Elite Foundation, the following main missions are expected from the foundation.
Establishing direct and immediate communication with the elites with the aim of accurately understanding the challenges, capacities and designing solutions with the participation of the elite community itself.
Special attention to creating hope in the elites and increasing scientific vitality, especially in the academic environment
Increasing the awareness of the best talents about the achievements of the country in the field of science, technology and knowledge-based economy and familiarizing them with the capacities and points of influence on the progress of the country.
Targeted support for the young elites in order to solve the country’s problems and develop the participation of the elites in improving the country’s governance level
Responsible pursuit of eliminating the role-playing opportunities of elites at all executive levels of the country
Improving the human capital of the government by pursuing the development of recruiting elites in the executive bodies and also recruiting academic staff members from among the top graduates of domestic and foreign universities.
Reforming the scope of support based on the transcendental definition of the elite and using the capacity of top talents in pursuing the demands of the second step statement of the revolution
Developing international interactions in the field of elites with the aim of promoting Iran’s technological capabilities in the world, networking among Iranian experts in all parts of the world and transferring knowledge, experience and skills to Iranian elites.
