Aref also pointed to the decline in the country’s article publication rate and said: According to the twenty-year vision document, it was aimed to reach the first place in the region in the article publication index. Now, our average growth rate is below 10% and the slope of scientific growth has decreased, but we currently rank second and this is alarming.
