One of the brilliant members of the National Elite Foundation, despite being admitted to the medical field due to his eyesight, has not yet been assigned to continue his education, and the head of the National Elite Foundation announced that it is not within the authority of the National Elite Foundation to deal with the conditions of this person’s continued education.
According to Isnaa member of the great family of the National Elite Foundation, who is part of the enlightened people of the country, was accepted in the field of general medicine in the national exam of 1402. He is the first person in Iran and the seventh person in the world who was able to be accepted in the field of medicine with this vision .
He continued his high school education in the experimental field in Khorramshahr, graduated with a GPA of 19.91, and due to the lack of Braille books, he converted the books to Braille, and after being admitted to the medical field, he could not continue his studies in this field. Because the Ministry of Health did not agree to it; Therefore, with the holding of a commission, it was agreed to continue his studies in the continuous doctoral field of biotechnology.
Since the continuous doctoral field of biotechnology is not one of the fields covered by the Ministry of Health; Therefore, the evaluation organization did not agree to transfer his major to this field of study.
After a year and his follow-up, it was announced that he can continue his studies in the field of nutrition, but according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, having one eye and one ear is mandatory for those admitted to the field of nutrition. Therefore, he could not study in this field either!
This national exam candidate of 1402 has been approved by the National Elite Foundation in the active identification department of the National Elite Foundation as a model for gifted students, and still neither he was able to continue his studies in his desired field nor the ministries of health, treatment and medical education. Science, research and technology and the measurement organization have been able to accommodate him to continue his studies.
Dr. Hossein Afshin, President’s Deputy for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, in an interview with ISNA He said: Any person who has scientific and mental abilities, regardless of whether he is physically capable or not, can become a member of the National Elite Foundation.
Emphasizing that the challenges created for this person’s continued education are not within the authority of the National Elite Foundation, Afshin said: solving the challenges created for this person’s continued education is within the authority of the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Science.
Expressing hope that the problems of continuing education of this member of the National Elite Foundation will be solved, the academic vice president reminded: it is the responsibility of the relevant institutions to deal with the educational status of this person.
