According to RCO News Agency, citing Shahid Beheshti University, at the opening ceremony of the third marine technology and entrepreneurship event, Hassan Ziyai, CEO of Siraf Marine Academy, Dr. Fariborz Masoudi, head of Science and Technology Park of Shahid Beheshti University, Maria Ghorbin, scientific secretary of the event, Mohammad Mehdi Salari, director. The Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Maritime Industries of the country, Hossein Sahibi, CEO of Hedayat Persian Gulf Shipping Company, Mansour Arami, Member of Parliament, Mohammad Ali Shafia, Professor of Science and Technology University, Masdari, CEO of Iran Professionals and Managers Organization gave speeches.

On the first day of this event, 7 workshops with the titles: “Transformative and ground-breaking technologies in the 4th generation marine industry presented by Taghizadeh”, “The role of new technologies (Generative AI) and general and soft skills (Soft Skills) in the success of industrial management and Marine constructions presented by Shafi”, “Harvest management and artificial intelligence approaches in its effectiveness by Ziyai”, “Description of the main stream of the trends of new revolutionary marine and offshore technologies by Safiri”, “The need for technology in the field of ship fuel management according to IMO requirements with a single presentation, “Technology access and technology exchange models with an intercessory presentation” and “Common aquatic resources, a framework for the development of international fisheries activities with neighboring countries with a guardian’s presentation” were held.

Also, on the sidelines of the third marine technology and entrepreneurship event, an exhibition with the presence of 17 knowledge-based and technological companies in the fields related to the marine industry has been set up.

The first marine technology and entrepreneurship event in 1400 was held completely online due to the corona virus epidemic, and more than 95% of the participants voted positively for all the workshops held (9 workshops) and expressed their desire to attend the next event. had done

In the opening of the third maritime technology and entrepreneurship event, directors and representatives of the Ports and Maritime Organization, the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Marine Industries, the Vice President for Science and Technology, Shahid Beheshti University Science and Technology Park, Persian Gulf Shipping Company, Marine Engineering and Services Company Nagin Sabz, Iranian Classification Institute, Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Company, National Oil Tanker Company of Iran, Marine Industrial Company of Iran – Sadra, Marine Engineering Association of Iran, Shipping and Related Services Association of Iran, Omidan Sahil Parsian Company, Bhutan Industrial Group, Specialized Parent Company of Irangerdi Development and Jahangordi, Sina Maritime and Port Services Development Company and more than 40 students of maritime universities of the country as well as a group of other maritime industry activists and experts were present.
