If multiple agencies give the initial green light to SpaceX, the company can begin the next flight test of Starship.
According to Tekna technology and technology news service, SpaceX has been able to start some initial permits to launch the huge Starship rocket. Meanwhile, only 7 months have passed since the first orbital flight test of Starship. The starship’s first launch resulted in a spectacular mid-air explosion. SpaceX has been on standby for final approval since a month ago. The launch will take place from the company’s facility in Texas and will have a 2-hour launch window between 7am US time.
The US Federal Aviation Administration announced on Wednesday that SpaceX had been granted a launch permit for the Starship flight. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said in a review of its 2022 environmental plan that the launch would not cause any environmental changes.
According to this agency, the Federal Aviation Administration has determined with a written evaluation of this program that this company can fulfill all the requirements of environmental safety and financial and political responsibility. Despite many injuries in the first orbital flight test, this company was able to upgrade the launch and rocket infrastructure in less than 7 months, in addition to repairing the damage caused.
