Conditions for starting a business in Canadian provinces

In these programs, entrepreneurial applicants are scored according to a specific system, and if they do not reach the desired score, they cannot register their company. In this section, we explain the rules for starting a business in different Canadian provinces separately.
Business in the province of Ontario
According to the Ontario Entrepreneurship Program, you must have your own business outside of Canada and then be able to register your company in Ontario. If you want to have your own business in Ontario, you must have at least 36 months of work experience in the last 60 months and 12 months of that in management work. Additionally, employment records must show that you have been a director of the company. Note that having non-managerial work experience unrelated to the desired business is not important in the Ontario Entrepreneurship Program.
