Deception of new immigrants in the form of training courses in Quebec

Anyone can open a private school in Quebec. These diploma-providing educational centers mainly target two main groups of victims: 1- newly arrived immigrants 2- elderly people

Most of these victims come from Algeria, Haiti and French-speaking African countries. Some of them are asylum seekers or foreign students, and others have tourist visas.

These people usually receive fake news from their friends and family or on social media about the existence of high-paying jobs and labor shortages in Quebec, in which case they are offered hundreds or even thousands of dollars in tuition fees. To these anonymous schools, known as RPA, they can get quick training and the possibility of finding a job.
