According to the announcement of the German institutions, one of the conditions that must be met in order to be included in this right is that the person has arrived in Germany without crossing the land borders of European countries and only by plane.

After entering Germany in this way and agreeing to the asylum seeker’s request, a 3-year residence permit will be issued to him, and at the end of these three years, they will check whether the person’s problem in his country has been resolved or not. If there is still a threat, this stay will be extended for another three years. Another thing is that people applying for this residence are also given a blue German asylum passport, which can be used to travel to all permitted countries; But entering the hometown with this passport is prohibited.

Asylum protection in Germany

This case is also very similar to the previous case that we explained to you; But there are also differences. First, in this type of protection, you may be threatened by non-governmental groups. Second, in this case, passing through a third country and arriving indirectly in Germany is no longer a problem. In this situation, the asylum seeker is given a three-year residence. With this residence permit, you can participate in training courses and higher education centers, and you will be entitled to work in Germany.

Additional protection of Germany

This right to seek asylum is given to people who have to flee their country for reasons such as severe human rights violations in the country, the risk of war, execution, etc. These asylum seekers are given a one-year residence and after one year, if the threat still remains, it will be extended again for another two years. If for any reason people cannot leave their hometown with their passport, they can apply for a German gray passport, which is granted to stateless people. Also, these people are given work permit or unemployment insurance.

In the previous methods for immigration, you had the possibility to call your wife and small children of 18 years old from the mainland to Germany; But in this method, such permission is not given.
