The difference between multiple and single Canada visas
Multiple and single Canada visas are both types of Canadian temporary residence visas and are also known as visitor visas or tourist visas. But these two types of visa have differences.
A single Canada visa allows you to enter Canada only once. When you enter Canada, the Border Services Agency officer will specify the date of departure from Canada in your passport. You can stay in Canada for a maximum of 6 months. Then you have to apply for a new visa to enter again. Of course, if you travel to the United States or the Saint-Pierre et Miquelon region in the south of Prince Edward Island within 6 months, you will not need to obtain a new visa.
But with a multiple Canada visa, you can travel to Canada again after 6 months without the need to obtain a new visa, until the visa is valid.
