Obtaining a Schengen visa

Before any case, you should make the necessary arrangements with the embassy of the destination country. The documents required to obtain a Schengen visa are similar to each other in most of the countries that are members of this agreement, and they differ only in some details and cases. In any case, the main documents you should bring include the following:

1. The completed visa application form is the first. In general, the first step to obtain a visa for any country is to fill out its visa application form. This form must be obtained from the relevant embassy. Although these countries are Schengen members, the visa application form may be different for each of them; As a result, it is necessary to receive it from their embassies.

2. Carrying the original passport with signature and previous passports. Also, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the visa application.

3. A full-face color personal photo with a white background, which must match the current appearance of the photo owner and be new.

4. Official employment documents such as a business license, employment newspaper, salary slip and employment or education certificate are required. Also, the property documents of the applicant and his financial resources along with the circulation of the official account will be required.

Note: It should be noted that these documents must be submitted to the embassy together with an official translation.

5. A round-trip flight ticket to the destination country or a ticket reservation will be required.

6. Visa applicants must have individual or group travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip. The insurance company must also have a valid representative in the destination country.

7. Bring the hotel reservation confirmation sheet or the original invitation letter sent to the applicant by the inviting person from the destination country.
