Spring-summer 2025 collection Richard Quinn
Richard Quinn’s new collection for London Fashion Week was held at the luxurious Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair and was inspired by the fifties. Using plenty of flowers on the runway and on the clothes, the collection captured the aesthetic of the “Traditional English Woman” and specifically emphasized the fashion of the era. Celebrities such as Saweetie and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, former singer of Little Mix, were in the front row at the fashion show.
Queen’s collection resembled rose fields with beautiful embroidery on the clothes, and the runway atmosphere was reminiscent of an English garden. With the initial looks of the collection, Queen displayed simplicity in his designs and gradually the clothes changed towards maximal designs. The collection’s silhouettes were clearly influenced by Christian Dior’s iconic ‘The New Look’, introduced in 1947, which emphasized narrow waists, voluminous skirts and exaggerated hourglass silhouettes. “There is additional foam under each garment to make the silhouettes very feminine and sculptural,” Quinn said of her designs. This collection featured dresses suitable for red carpets and big events with thin gloves that are the designer’s signature.
This designer from London, who worked at Dior fashion house before establishing his own brand in 2017; It is known for its elegant and romantic collections in the design of women’s clothing and wedding dresses. MAC makeup artist Terry Barber, who was the makeup artist of this Queen collection, used neutral colors in his make-up: “My goal is to create a beautiful but simple look for those who wear these clothes.”
Richard Queen used the orchestral version of Linkin Park’s song “Numb” for the soundtrack of his fashion show, which has recently gained attention due to the addition of a new singer. This song was performed by a choir and beautifully completed the atmosphere of the show.

Spring-summer collection SS Daley
Steven Stokey-Daley, a young designer born in Liverpool, unveiled his first womenswear collection for the Spring-Summer 2025 collection at London Fashion Week. This collection titled “Without Prefixes, Suffixes or Quotations” included 24 women’s looks inspired by the medieval style and was exhibited at the “Royal Academy of London”. The front row guests of the SS Daley fashion show were famous faces; Like Harry Styles, who was announced earlier this year as a financier of SS Daley, Anna Wintour, who paired her special glasses with a shawl from the Harris-Walz campaign, and Emma Corrie, who wore clothes from the brand’s new collection.
Stokey-Daly appeared on the first day of London Fashion Week with confidence and a certain glow. The collection was inspired by the life of the British artist and painter Gluck, who was identified as a man in the 1920s and 30s, as well as his lover, the famous florist Constance Spry. These influences were creatively combined with Stokey-Doli’s modern style and gave the collection a unique effect. Glock, who was born Hannah Glockstein to a wealthy family in the Lions Teahouse, cut her hair short at age 21 and switched to men’s clothing. He dropped his last name and moved to Cornwall to live with a group of like-minded friends.
Considering this issue, Stokey-Daly had combined the English classics in a beautiful way to design a collection that simultaneously represents the “feminine” world with floral skirts and handbags with blue pixelated flower patterns and the “male” world with Show off a pleated coat and tuxedo. He said: “I am trying to build a bridge to connect the aesthetics of men’s clothing and the politics behind it to women’s clothing.”
To enter the world of women’s clothing, Stokey-Dally expanded his ideas and tried to consider the desires of women in his designs. Emphasizing the importance of the opinions of women in his team, he spoke about his concerns about the lack of a correct understanding of femininity, and his goal was to present designs that fit today’s realities instead of using common stereotypes. Stokey-Daly also tried to incorporate the essence of British culture into his designs while maintaining a sense of humor in his works. At the end of the show, referring to the power of hope in difficult times, he said: “From the heart of concrete, flowers grow.” This sentence represents his positive and creative approach in the world of fashion.
Stokey-Daly entered the fashion world in 2020 in the midst of the Corona virus as a fresh graduate and quickly attracted attention by using recycled materials and innovative designs. Her success came especially after Harry Styles used her clothes in the “Golden” music video. He is the winner of numerous awards, including the 2022 LVMH Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Best Design on the Day Before the London Fashion Week Fashion Show.

Harris Reed spring-summer collection
Harris Reed turned to second-hand fabrics for his Spring 2025 collection. From online stores to thrift stores in Paris, she searched to find the fabrics she wanted; From vintage rumblys to an Italian tablecloth, this collection had a vintage, majestic and magical feel to it. The use of home furnishings was also present in the brand’s previous season, when Harris collaborated with a wallpaper designer for his collection.
Despite being a novice, this designer has found his identity in the fashion world. One of his constant features is playing with form. Harris’s clothes often look more like statues. In this collection, he even went one step further and tried to make his clothes evoke household items. In addition, Shakespeare’s theaters and the interior design of the Victorian period are his constant sources of inspiration. Perhaps this makes Harris’s fashion shows always feel theatrical, looking more like they belong at Couture Week than at London’s Ready to Wear.
