According to the Mehr news agency, citing Russia Elium, the Federal Security Service of Russia announced that a terrorist operation against one of the high-ranking military officials of this country was neutralized in Saint Petersburg and 2 operatives of this operation were arrested.

The Federal Security Service of Russia added: The confessions of the accused show that they planned to bomb and explode the car of one of the country’s leading soldiers in St. Petersburg.
