According to the Mehr news agency, Reuters reported, quoting informed sources, that US Navy Vice Admiral Fred Ketcher has been dismissed from this position only a few months after he assumed the position of the director of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the country’s army in December.

According to this report, a Pentagon spokesperson confirmed that Ketcher will return to serve in the Navy when asked by Reuters about his dismissal.

These sources said, Kecher was not a suitable person for the position of the director of the Joint Staff of the Army.
