According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Russia Elium Network, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stressed the need to find a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine and stated: The war in Ukraine cannot be resolved through military means and the only way to end it is through diplomacy.

He added that US President Donald Trump’s patience with the slow process of reaching an agreement on Ukraine is limited.

Referring to the ongoing talks about Ukraine, Rubio said: “There are still very complicated questions regarding the talks related to Ukraine, but the scope of these questions has decreased compared to the past.”

In another part of his speech, the US foreign minister pointed to the agreement on nuclear weapons among major powers and clarified: any agreement on nuclear weapons must include the United States, China and Russia, and such an agreement can benefit world peace.
