According to Mehr news agency, Al Jazeera channel quoted Financial Times as saying that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized: Ukraine needs to stop the conflict and we don’t need a temporary ceasefire, but we need an end to the war.

The President of Ukraine further said: Western allies need to finance and issue a license for the production of weapons in Ukraine.

Zelensky also stated: What will cost the Russians a lot is stopping their shadow fleet and shutting down companies and their ability to do business.
