According to Mehr news agency, Ikrama Sabri, the khateeb of Al-Aqsa Mosque, said in a conversation with Al-Jazeera: The Zionist occupation regime has started planning to impose restrictions on worshipers during the month of Ramadan since about a month ago.

He said: The occupying forces are unhappy with the large presence of thousands of Muslims in the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the aim of these plans is to reduce the number of Muslims in the city of Quds and this holy place.

Khatib Al-Aqsa Mosque emphasized: The measures and restrictions applied this year have been more severe and tense compared to previous years.
