According to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by Russia Elium, “Sergei Rodskoi” announced in an interview with the Russian newspaper “Krasnaya Zuzda” that the speed of monthly mobilization in Ukraine has been reduced by almost half, which shows the steady process of reducing the number of personnel of the Ukrainian army and, as a result, reducing its ability to confront the Russian forces.

He added: In 2025, Ukrainian forces lost about 6.7 thousand tanks and armored combat vehicles, in addition to more than 12 thousand pieces of artillery and mortars.

This military official stated that the Russian army took full control of the strategic initiative in the operation area during the last year and stated: In 2025, more than 300 towns and more than 6.7 thousand square kilometers will be liberated, while the Russian forces have taken about 900 square kilometers and 42 additional towns under their control since the beginning of this year.
