According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera News Agency, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement announcing the telephone consultation between the country’s Foreign Minister Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar adds: Some regional and international issues have been the focus of consultation between the foreign ministers of the United States and Qatar.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, during this consultation, the relations between the two countries and the ways to develop and deepen them were also discussed.
