According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Sputnik News Agency, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Russian Presidential Palace (Kremlin), announced on Monday: Russia is negotiating with Cuba to resolve issues and provide any possible assistance to this country. America’s suffocating actions create many problems for Cuba.

The spokesperson of the Russian Presidential Palace added: Moscow has maintained intensive contacts with its Cuban friends through diplomatic channels. The situation in Cuba is critical and Russia is aware of this.

It should be mentioned that the Trump administration has recently increased its unilateral economic pressure on Havana.
