According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera News Agency, Mark Rutte, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev, claimed that Russia’s renewed attacks on Kiev show Moscow’s lack of seriousness about peace.
The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization then said: We support Ukraine and we are ready to do so in the coming years.
According to the Kyiv Independent, Mark Rutte added that he is sure that the allies will allocate 15 billion dollars this year under the title of Priority Requirements for Ukraine (PURL).
In a press conference next to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev, Rutte said: I am absolutely sure that this money will be available. By the end of 2025, Kiev was supposed to receive about 4-5 billion dollars under the plan, which allows NATO members to buy air defenses, ammunition and other hardware for Ukraine from the United States.
