According to RCO News Agency, citing Russia Elium, the Federal Security Forces of Russia announced that they arrested a foreign national who was planning to carry out terrorist operations in Moscow’s energy infrastructure.

According to this report, the mentioned person wanted to escape to Ukraine after carrying out the terrorist operation.

The Russian Federal Security Forces emphasized: This person was supposed to carry out the said terrorist operation on the order of the Ukrainian Intelligence Service. He mentioned this in his confessions.
