The Dutch airline KLM announced; It has resumed its flights to the destinations of Israel, UAE and Saudi Arabia with a modified schedule. This decision was taken after re-evaluating the security situation in the region. The company had previously announced that it would refuse to fly over large parts of the Middle East.
“Based on an assessment of the current security situation and operational feasibility, we have decided to resume our flights to Tel Aviv on February 2 and 3 with an adjusted schedule,” KLM said in a statement. We will also operate scheduled flights to Dubai from February 1 to 6.” Flights to other destinations in the region, including Riyadh and Dammam, Saudi Arabia, are also underway.
