According to Ryanavosti, the stateme said that Preside Putin also congratulated a number of former heads of foreign couries and governmes, including Raul Castro, Robert Kocharian, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Serge Sarkisian, and Gerhard Schroeder.
Chinese Preside Xi Jinping, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, World Catholic leader Pope Leo XIV, Venezuelan Preside Nicolas Maduro, Azerbaijan Preside Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are among the other officials whom Putin congratulated.
The Kremlin stateme also stated that the Russian preside also se New Year greetings to Turkish Preside Recep Tayyip Erdogan, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and a number of European leaders, including Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbá, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzgerald and Serbian Preside Aleksandar Vujic.
