According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Qassam announced the martyrdom of his spokesman.

The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced the martyrdom of its spokesman, Abu Obeidah, and the appointment of a new spokesman.

The new spokesman of Kataib al-Qassam, the military wing of Hamas, announced today Monday that Abu Obeidah, the former spokesman of this movement, was martyred.

Also, Qassam battalions confirmed the martyrdom of “Mohammed Al-Sunwar” (brother of martyr Yahya Al-Sunwar), Muhammad Shabana, commander of the Rafah Brigade, Hakem Al-Isa nicknamed Abu Omar, one of the senior commanders, and Raed Saad, one of the senior commanders.
