According to Arabi21 report, he added that his government plans to announce new strategies to strengthen the country’s capabilities in the fields of security, defense, communication policies and social organization.
Pointing out that US military movements in the Caribbean region are a threat to Venezuela, he explained that these developments are one of the biggest motivations for his country to increase defense investments.
