According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Sputnik, US President Donald Trump said: We will launch ground attacks as part of the fight against drug cartels in Latin America.
He added: I want to destroy the drug boats and if we have to, we will attack from the ground.
Trump said: “Anyone who smuggles drugs and sells them into our country will be attacked, not just Venezuela.”
The American president claimed that after the bombing of Iran by B2 planes, Iran has largely retreated from its positions and is no longer a source of threat to the region.
He further claimed that Iraq has become a different place since the destruction of Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
In another part of his speech, Trump said: We are considering equipping the Kurdistan region of Iraq with anti-missile systems with the aim of protecting oil and gas fields.
