Erdogan: Gaza agreement should be the basis for peace in the region – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated in a statement that the country will continue its efforts to make the Gaza Agreement a basis for peace in the region.

He expressed that Türkiye is ready to do whatever is necessary for Gaza to stand on its feet again.

The Turkish president noted that due to the history of the Zionist regime’s bad promises, all necessary measures should be taken to ensure the continued implementation of the agreement on Gaza.

Erdoğan also mentioned and emphasized the developments in Sudan: the conflicts in Sudan are bothering us a lot and we hope that a ceasefire will be established first and then lasting peace will prevail in this country.
