According to Mehr correspondent, Sareh Goli at a news conference on Monday morning, emphasizing that the Elite Foundation avoids parallelism with universities, saying: “We are not just looking for article writing or research projects at the Elite Foundation, but focusing on providing operational solutions for provincial challenges.”

He added: “The scope of our duties is clear and we work with the purpose of presenting applications alongside the executive.”

The head of the Isfahan Elite Foundation, referring to the formation of thoughts from three years ago, noted: These delegations made of university professors, students and managers, focusing on the province’s priorities such as water, environment and energy, made significant achievements.

“These achievements have also been considered at the national level and we were able to gain a special place in this regard,” Goli continued.

He added: “We planned to introduce the elite as provincial assistants and representatives of the foundation in the executive agencies.” This led the elites to attend the specialized commissions of the governorate and submit their plans to senior executives.

The head of Isfahan Elite Foundation, referring to the governor’s welcome to these projects, noted: Now the elites have seats in different governorate committees and their projects are being implemented in various urban and provincial areas.

Goli said that we tried to fill the gap between scientific research and practical implementation: Many scientific-research projects are unused because of their failure to implement, but we resolved this problem by establishing a direct relationship between the elites and managers.

He continued: For example, the projects that the elite presented in the urban areas have been implemented after reviewing the specialized committees and had tangible results at the provincial level.

Isfahan elite immigration challenge to other provinces

Goli also pointed to the issue of elite migration and said: Over the last year and a half, elite migration from Isfahan province has decreased significantly; Of course, there are still challenges in this regard, and we have the elite migration from Isfahan outside the province.

He added: “Many Isfahani knowledge companies have been deployed in Tehran’s technology parks due to insufficient infrastructure, and we are working to enhance the elite’s survival motivation by developing scientific and research settlements and expanding communication at national level.”

The head of Isfahan Elite Foundation added: “It should not be the idea that activity in Tehran provides more communication and therefore we are creating platforms so that knowledge -based companies in Isfahan can reach the same level of communication.”

Isfahan elite inventions are in the field of water and medicine

Goli pointed out that 2 patents were registered by 2 inventors in the province over the past year, stating: Of these, 2 patents were recorded at level one and one, as well as 2 patents at Level 3. Some of these inventions are used in the fields of industrial, medical and physiotherapy water treatment and are pursuing commercialization.

He also pointed to significant funding for the foundation’s activities and said: “Over the past six months, we have received a budget of more than 2 billion tomans from the Scientific and Technology Department, which has tripled with recent support and we are now planning to unveil four innovation workshops in Isfahan by the end of the year.”

The head of Isfahan Elite Foundation also pointed to the cultural and artistic activities of the Foundation, adding: Isfahan Animation Center, with the privilege of science and technology, now hosts five to five specialized studios in the field of animation and imagery. These studios have been launched at high costs and provided the basis for art elite activity.

Goli also continued: We also have close cooperation with the governors, city council members and parliamentarians in the provincial cities to expand the provincial elite network.

According to him, for the first time in the country industrial contracts have been signed with the participation of the elite in the province, which has had positive results.

The head of the Isfahan Elite Foundation considered the role of women in the activities of the foundation very bold and said: At least half of the members of the Thoughts are made up of women and their presence in the scientific, industrial and managerial fields is very prominent.

“The presence of women in the foundation is not only equal to men, but in some areas, it has been even more bold,” Goli said, adding that we have special plans for women to empower women and have no restrictions on their activity.

He also referred to housing projects for the province’s elite and said: In the project of 7,000 housing units of the National Housing Movement, 4 of the elites registered in different phases; There is also a large project on an 800 -hectare land in cooperation with various provincial devices to provide elite housing and is being implemented, which will be completed by the end of this year and will be available to applicants.

Goli added: “We have also been able to successfully attract the province’s elites in the industries by holding four specialized meetings in the areas of polymer, agriculture, health and chemical engineering over the past four months.”

Need to create appropriate infrastructure to prevent elite migration

The head of Isfahan Elite Foundation emphasized: The elite is the main capital of every country and we must prevent them from migrating by creating appropriate infrastructure.

Goli continued: Isfahan Elite Foundation, covered by 4 universities across the province, has been able to create an extensive network of provincial and provincial elites.

He said: “By establishing communication with industry, education and executive agencies, we are trying to make the elites influence their specialized position and help solve the country’s macro problems.”
