Mehrshad Nafar, CEO of Iran’s House of Intelligence, pointed to the influence of artificial intelligence in various fields, saying that today’s artificial intelligence, from industry and mining to energy and health, has affected all sectors, which doubles the importance of the media role in information and awareness of society.
He added: Iran’s Intelligence House is a leading specialized center in the field of artificial intelligence where student, student and university professors can get acquainted with the labor market, identify and resolve the country’s issues and challenges.
“Unfortunately, there is a gap between the academic space and the labor market, and many ideas are unable to connect to the industry,” the director of the Iranian House of Intelligence said, referring to the gap between innovative designs and industry needs. The purpose of the IRANAI+ event is to fill this gap and create opportunities for investment and commercialization.
“We have not set any specific ceilings to support the projects, and our associated institutions and companies are ready to even support big projects,” he said. Solving a macro issue can increase the productivity of the country by several trillion dollars.

Sayed Milad Zarekar, the event secretary, said: “Artificial intelligence is a strategic necessity to solve national challenges in various fields, including industry, agriculture, health, education, energy and transportation, and this event focuses on the country’s priorities, elite capacity to create a way to economic quality and improve life.”
He added: “The event focuses on four strategic areas: smart agriculture, medical and health, intelligent urban planning, humanities and interdisciplinary studies, industry, mining and smart production, artificial intelligence technologies, basic education and intelligence, energy and environment, content and media production and smart transport.” From each area, 2 projects will be presented and after the judgment, a selected project will be selected.
He noted: The final deadline for submitting ideas is October 9th and those interested can register from the address. The closing ceremony will also be held in the research week in December.
According to Mehr, the process of participating in the event has begun and target groups include startups, technology student teams and knowledge -based companies. Each team must provide documents including the introduction of the team, the current status, the idea development plan and the business model.
According to the organizers, the event will include public calling, initial screening, scientific-industrial-capital evaluation, teammation, and ultimately Demo Day; The day the projects are introduced to industry and investors. In the end, it is expected that at least three teams will receive acceleration support and the three projects will go to the implementation and commercialization stage.
