Notification; Appointment in Royan Research Institute – | Iranian and world news

Ali Montazeri, head of the Jihad University, appointed Maryam Shah Hosseini as the new head of the Royan Research Institute of Medicine and Technology.

Maryam Shah Hosseini, who holds a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Tehran Biochemical Research Center, has begun collaborating with Royan Research for two years and is currently a member of the faculty and professor of the Department of Infertility Genetic Research at the Institute for Production Sciences. He previously served as the Vice President of Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Technology of Royan Research Institute, as well as the management of genetic and biochemistry departments at the University of Science and Culture.

Shah Hosseini’s scientific and executive records include presenting more than 5 articles in prestigious national and international journals and 2 articles summaries in domestic and foreign scientific congresses. Also, he is responsible for the epithelical subgroup in the Royan Research Institute, which focuses on examining the epigentic mechanisms in infertility.

In these managerial changes, he was appointed deputy director of research and technology at the Royan Research Institute, with the order of the head of the Royan Research Institute, with the consent of the head of the Jihad University. Prince Fazeli, who holds a doctorate in molecular genetics, has extensive executive records, including the head of the National Center for Genetic and Biological Reserves of Iran and the President of the Jihad University of Iran Medical Sciences and the Head of the Faculty of Basic Sciences and Modern Technologies.

Also, Parvaneh Afsharian, former Vice President of Research and Technology of the Royan Research Institute, was appointed as Director of Planning and Development of Research Institute. This appointment, due to Dr. Shah Hosseini’s brilliant scientific and executive record, is considered an important step in strengthening the scientific and research status of this Royan Research Institute.

Also, by the head of the Jihad, Mr. Mustafa Talebi was appointed as the financial supervisor of the Royan Research Institute.
