Supporters of Hezbollah and the Amal Movement expressed their opposition to the government’s decision to monopolize weapons in the hands of the official armed forces, according to the Russian Elium Network.

The demonstration comes following the Lebanese government’s decision to control weapons in the country and at the same time as the Lebanese army was deployed at the entrances of the southern suburbs of Beirut, known as Hezbollah’s main base.
