He added: “Following the numerous requests made to the foundation in this regard, it was decided to make changes to the design timing for further assistance.” According to the decision, the applicants’ request for the second call of the plan changed from the end of September to the end of September to the end of October (1-6 October).

The gods emphasized: Accordingly, the request time for the subsequent calls will be the first two weeks of each season, and the following time calendar will be held.

At the end, the vice president of the National Elite Foundation stated: These changes have been made in response to multiple requests and aimed at creating equal opportunities for all applicants and resolving the problems arising from the delay in the graduate process of PhD students.
