Australian Students’ Relief to Vote on Israeli Sanctions – Mehr News Agency | News of Iran and the World

Australian news agency reported that thousands of students have gathered at universities to discuss sanctions on Israel, according to the Yemeni al -Masira news agency.

“The referendum is an opportunity to vote for the end of universities cooperation with companies selling military equipment to Israel,” said the head of the training sector of the National Union of Students.

The referendum will be held after two years of protests, strikes and demanding camps for government and universities working with Israel, Australian News Agency added.

The National Union of Student Education Officer also predicted that more than 6,000 people will register for voting next week.
