Three Arab and Islamic countries issued a joint statement on Saturday evening, strongly condemning Israel’s decision to “fully control military control” over the Gaza Strip, making it a dangerous act, in violation of international law, and an attempt to consolidate illegal occupation, according to the Arab News Agency.

Islamic and Arab countries stated the condemnation in a statement by the Ministerial Committee, which had commissioned the extraordinary Islamic Arab meeting to examine the developments of the Gaza Strip.

The committee, which includes countries such as Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Indonesia, Nigeria, Palestine, Qatar, Turkey, Bangladesh, ChadDjibouti, Gambia, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen, and institutions such as the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, issued the statement because of the deplorable developments in Gaza.

The decision announced by Israel is the continuation of its widespread violations, including killing, preserving hunger, trying to migrate, joining Palestinian lands and violent acts of settlements; The actions that could be an example of “crime against humanity”.

The statement warned that these policies have destroyed any hope of peace, weakened regional and international efforts to end the conflict and end the Palestinian people’s suffering, which has been under siege and widespread attacks in Gaza for more than six months, as well as repression in the West Bank and Quds.
