According to the poll, about 5 % of respondents said that the Israeli war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip said they want the German federal government to take a more strict stance on Tel Aviv.

The poll also reflects a clear gap in political affiliation, with about 2 % of opposition supporters, the Left Party and the 5 % of the Green Party’s voters, agree with more pressure on Israel.
