Following French President Emmanuel Macron’s intention to recognize the Palestinian state, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carnie also announced that his country intends to recognize the Palestinian state, Mehr News Agency reported.

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez also welcomed France’s decision to recognize the Palestinian state, stressing that the move was a step towards supporting the two countries in support of Spain and a number of other European countries.
