This roadmap is designed using the teachings of cultural crisis management and within the framework of international documents, especially the Hague Convention, focusing on protecting the country’s identity assets and recreation of the social role of cultural heritage institutions. The plan will continue in three stages in the wake of pre -actions by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage during the crisis period.
According to what the Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage explains, the three stages are foreseen as follows:
Limited and specialized reopening (one month)
At this stage, the visit is done solely in low -risk provinces, with the approval of the Provincial Council and tailored to the capacity and resilience of the places. At the priority of reopening, there are places that lack museums and are located outdoor or archaeological sites, including Naqshjan Square, Archistan, Bistoon, Iranian Gardens, Historical Mosques and Bam Citadel.
Gradual expansion of reopening
One month after the first phase was implemented, other museums and bases are gradually reopened in accordance with the protection requirements. At this stage, the implementation of limited outdoor cultural programs will be permitted, and the reopening will be held solely in security stability areas and with the approval of the Provincial Security Council.
Complete reopening and returning to normal exploitation pattern
With final reports from security agencies about the stability of conditions, museums and bases, the services such as stores, cafes and interactive activities will resume. At the end of this phase, the report of the crisis headquarters, documentation of the tutorials, and the review of the protective checklists are on the agenda.
