Peagon chief: peace is time with Russia, not war with military assistance

Peagon chief Pete Hegst made the remarks on Tuesday against the US House Budget Allocation Committee.
Responding to a question about the upcoming military aid budget to Ukraine, Hegst said, “Yes, this budget has declined.”
