Unprecedented UAV attack on Siberia and North Pole of Russia

A regional governor in Siberia, Russia, said several UAVs launched an attack on a military base in the city of Ikutsk, Siberia in central Russia, according to ISNA.

He emphasized that this is the first time a drone attack has taken place in Siberia.

Kubzov said the attack was carried out in the “Sargani” area about 2 kilometers from Lake Baikal and 2 kilometers from Ikutsk.

According to him, a drone also attacked an old building in the village of Noomaltinsk near Sardani.

The drones were flying from a small truck, and the exact number is still unclear, according to the Kubzov newspaper. Some unnecessary images of the attack on social media show at least three small drones in the attack.

Kubzov stressed that officials have found and blocked the origin of drones.
