The new service, launched by DNATA, in collaboration with the DUBZ Logistics Company, was designed to improve passenger experience and reduce their waiting time.
Passengers can deliver rain to the agents at home, office or hotel before moving to the airport; Officers transfer the luggage safely to the airport by issuing a flight card and bill of lading.
After landing, passengers can leave the airport without having to expect luggage conveyors and their burden will be sent to the final destination in the shortest possible time.
The initiative is a prerequisite for long -term DNATA programs for the Al -Maktoum Dubai International Airport (DWC), which is expected to open by year 2.
