According to recent research by researchers at the University of Tehran Biochemical and Biophysics Research Center, two natural compounds of Alpha-Asarone and Beta-Caryophyllnene, which can be obtained from plant and lemon juice extracts, can be prevented.

This study, in the form of a doctoral dissertation by Afrooz Anbaraki, a doctoral student of biochemistry at the center, under the guidance of Dr. Aref Sayed Arabic, titled “The Effect of Alpha-Asaron and Beta-Caryophiline and on Tau Protein Fibrillation using Molecular Docking and Laboratory Methods”, can be reduced in protein. “The present study has shown the potential of alpha-Asaron and beta-Kariogifin compounds in Alzheimer’s treatment,” he said. “However, the actual use of these compounds in Alzheimer’s treatment process requires further research and studies.”
