Shooting on Florida State University campus
Florida State University announced on Thursday that police are responding to a shooting report on the campus.
According to RCO News Agency, the university said in a message on the X -Social network: “Shooting was reported near the Student Union building. Police are in or on the way. Continue to seek refuge and wait for the next instructions. “Lock all the doors and windows and get away from them and be ready to take more protective measures.”
According to two sources, one suspect was arrested and initial reports suggest that people were probably injured, but the severity of the injury is still unclear.
The next emergency message from the university alert system emphasized: “remain in shelter. Police have responded to an active shooter in the student union building. Be alert for more information. ”
