The Iranian Foreign Minister arrived in Moscow.
According to RCO News Agency, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Sayed Abbas Arakchi, arrived in Moscow on Thursday afternoon.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqaei said: The pre -planned visit of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foreign Minister to Russia at the invitation of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and in the context of continuous consultations and consultations between the two countries as strategic partners.
Baqaei added that Mr Arakchi will discuss bilateral relations, regional and international developments, as well as recent indirect negotiations with the United States with Russian officials.
A State Department spokesman also described the trip as a great opportunity to pursue the implementation of the two countries, especially the Comprehensive Strategic Participation Treaty of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation.
