Masoala National Park is one of the largest and most important protected areas in Madagascar in the northeast. The park, which covers an area of more than 2.5 square kilometers, is a combination of tropical rainforests, wetlands, wetlands and pristine beaches. Because of its extraordinary biodiversity, Masawala is recognized as one of the most important ecological points in the world and is a safe environment for rare and unique species of animals and plants. One of the prominent features of the park is its unique vegetation and its special ecosystems that contain a variety of native species; Among the giant trees and medicinal plants that are not found anywhere in the world.
Along with special plants, the Masawala National Park is also the habitat of many unique and rare animals, many of which are at risk of extinction. These include Indri, one of the largest and most important species of Lemur (Madagascar’s native monkeys). It is also known as a shelter for rare birds, reptiles and insects. The beautiful beaches of the park, covered with coastal trees, provides a relaxing environment for visitors.
