According to the Iranian Road Minister’s agreement with the Turkish Minister of Transport, the sale of Tehran -Van train tickets will begin on February 2 on March 2.
One of the issues raised during a recent visit to Farzaneh Sadegh to Ankara during a meeting with Turkish Minister of Transport Abdul Qader Uraloglu was to facilitate transportation between the two countries and the cheap and smooth traffic of the Turkish and Iranian fleets.
Accordingly, the re -launch of the Tehran -Van tourist train has reached the agreement of the parties and its ticket sales are set to begin on February 5.
Is to say; Tehran – Van train was moved in cooperation with the two countries’ railroads in July to expand the cooperation of the regional countries and expand the Iranian industry and worldwide industry, but the train stopped for years. Eventually, with the agreement of the two countries, the train will be reopened next month.
The Tehran -Van train route is that the train moves first from the central station of Tehran and travels to Tabriz by crossing historical and diverse cities, and after a short stop in Tabriz, it continues to the Razi border station. After the customs and passport formalities, the move to Turkey and the city of Van also begins.
