Following the continuation of the upward trend in the price of Bitcoin during the past weeks, the value of this digital currency in the domestic markets reached the highest level yesterday. It reached 1,997,773,795 Tomans. The data of Erzdigital price service shows that this figure is the historical record of Bitcoin in Iran.

The previous record was set exactly two years ago on November 9, 2021 (Aban 18, 1400). At that time, each Bitcoin unit was traded at 68,664 dollars, equivalent to 1,976,000,000 Tomans, with 28,778 Tomans.

Since then, with the jump in the dollar rate in the country and the beginning of the recovery process of Bitcoin, the price of this digital currency in Iran has registered a new historical record, even in the situation that the value of Bitcoin in the world markets was at the highest level yesterday. It was 39,717 dollars, which is a significant distance from its historical peak.

Now it can be said that if a person buys Bitcoin at the peak of the dollar and rial in 2021 and has not cashed out his assets, he is now in profit in terms of rial.

Despite the jump of Bitcoin in recent days, this digital currency is still traded below 2 billion Tomans in domestic markets; However, this digital currency crossing the border of 2 billion Tomans is not at all out of mind and with a growth of about 0.5% from the price at the time of writing this report (1,990,897,780 Tomans), Bitcoin will reach this price target. Of course, this growth rate has been calculated on the assumption that the price of the dollar is stable in Iran, and the increase in the value of the dollar will make this goal closer and its reduction will be more difficult.
