The exhibition “Eye in an eye” (Portrait in modern and contemporary art) was extended for the third time and will be held at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art until Sunday, December 23, at the same time as the exhibition “Review of the life and works of Marco Grigorian”.
The exhibition “Eye in eye” of portraits in modern and contemporary art was extended until the end of Sunday, 23rd of January, due to the recent holidays in Tehran and the reception of those interested.
In this exhibition, more than 120 works, a selection of Iranian and foreign works from the treasury of Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art with a research approach, in formats such as paintings, sculptures and photographs by artists such as Francis Bacon, Lautrec, Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh, Andy Warhol, Giacometti, James Ensor, Monet, Jim Dine, Robert Rauschenberg, Fernan Leger, Juan Miro, Kamal El Molk, Bahman Mohsass, Marko Grigorian, Mahmoud Javadipour, Ahmad Esfandiari, Jazah Tebatbai, Cambyz Darm Bakhsh, Gholamhasan Nami, Mehdi Sahabi, Farshid Maleki, Korosh Golnari, etc. have been shown.
The “Eye in Eye” exhibition was opened on October 15th and was supposed to be held in Tehran’s Museum of Contemporary Art until November 27th, which was extended twice, once until December 4th and again until December 30th, for the third time. It was extended.
