The 4.6 “Kong” earthquake shook Hormozgan

According to RCO News Agency, The seismic networks of the National Seismological Center of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University recorded this earthquake at 10:40:11 on Saturday, the first of January this month.

The coordinates of this earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers, were recorded at 26.56 degrees north latitude and 55.17 degrees east longitude.

The epicenter of this earthquake was reported at 23 km from Kong, 28 km from Bandar Lange and 35 km from Tonb Bozor Island in Hormozgan province.
