Video/ Guterres warned the world; A deadly combination of artificial intelligence and nuclear weapons

The Secretary General of the United Nations warned the people of the world at the meeting of the Security Council that the spread of artificial ielligence technology will multiply the threats of nuclear war. Aonio Guterres called on the couries with nuclear weapons, especially Washington and Moscow, to take their non-proliferation commitmes seriously and to return to the negotiating table to agree on a mutual commitme to “not be the first party to use these weapons.”
