- White chocolate: 100 grams
- Pistachio Butter: 100 grams
- Pistachio or sesame flour: Two tablespoons

How to prepare
In order to prepare good quality chocolate, you must follow the steps carefully and in order.

- First step: Cut the white chocolate into small pieces. Pour three quarters of the chocolates into the container and melt them in a bain-marie method. Measure the temperature of the chocolate with a thermometer so that it does not burn. When the temperature of the chocolate reaches 45-50 degrees Celsius, turn off the heat and pour the rest of the chopped chocolate into the melted chocolate and stir them well.
- Second step: Pour the white chocolate into the freezer bag and make a hole in the corner of the plastic. Pour a small amount of white chocolate irregularly into the mold.
- The third step: Chop the milk chocolates and pour three quarters of them into a bowl. Place the bowl over steam until the chocolate melts. In fact, you should use the bain-marie method to melt the chocolate. Be careful not to burn the chocolate while doing this. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat and then pour the rest of the chopped milk chocolate into the melted chocolate until they are melted.
- Fourth step: Take the mold out of the freezer and pour a layer of milk chocolate on it. Place the mold in the freezer and let the chocolate set. It takes about 15 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
- Step five: Fry Kadaif noodles with butter. When the noodles become golden, add flour and pistachio paste to the noodles.
- The sixth step: Take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour the ingredients into the mold, on top of the milk chocolate. Smooth the surface of the ingredients and pour the melted milk chocolate on them. Finally, leave the mold in the refrigerator.
- The seventh step: After two hours Dubai chocolate is ready and you can eat it.
